In an effort to avoid overproduction and minimize waste, many of our items are made to order. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. Order processing time varies from 3-7 business days. Once processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and your order will arrive within 2-5 business days. 

Jagger Mai currently only ships within the United States.

RETURNS

Jagger Mai will accept returns up to 30 days from delivery date. Items must be in new, unworn/unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customized items may not be returned or exchanged.

Jagger Mai reserves the right to deny returns outside of the 30 day return window and/or if item(s) received are not in original, unused condition.
